摘　　要：阅读是获取知识与审美体验并认识世界的重要途径,能够全面提升教师的个人综合素养。传统文化经典中蕴含了大量宝贵的文化知识和精神财富,阅读传统经典在提升教师的师德水平、塑造其良好人格等方面具有重要作用。从作用、问题、路径三方面探究基于传统经典阅读的师德师风建设路径,旨在为提升教师道德素养提供参考与借鉴。Reading is an important way to acquire knowledge and aesthetic experience and understand the world,which can improve teachers'personal comprehensive quality.Traditional cultural classics contain abundant valuable cultural knowledge and spiritual wealth.Thus,reading them plays an important role in improving teachers'moral level and shaping their sound personality.Studying the construction of teachers'ethics and ethos from the perspective of traditional classics reading from three aspects,i.e.,functions,problems and paths,can provide references for improving teachers'moral quality.
