摘  要:介绍了外骨骼机器人的发展概况,综述了外骨骼机器人在脊髓损伤患者康复领域中的应用现状,阐述了外骨骼机器人对脊髓损伤患者步行能力、心肺功能、日常生活能力及生活质量等方面的改善效果。分析了外骨骼机器人应用于脊髓损伤患者康复领域存在的问题,并展望了外骨骼机器人未来的发展方向。An overview of the development of exoskeleton robots was presented,and the current status of the application of exoskeleton robots was summarized in the field of rehabilitation of spinal cord injury patients.The rehabilitation efficacy of exoskeleton robots was described on walking ability,cardiopulmonary function,daily living ability and quality of life of spinal cord injury patients.The problems of exoskeleton robots applied for the rehabilitation of spinal cord injury patients were analyzed,and the future development trends of exoskeleton robots were envisioned.
