公安英烈精神融入公安院校思政课路径研究

摘　　要：公安英烈精神作为中华英雄文化的重要内容,是新时代人民公安忠诚观和英雄观的生动诠释,对培养公安院校预备警官的责任感、使命感及职业认同具有强大的思想引领和价值塑造作用。目前,公安英烈精神融入公安院校思政课存在学生参与度不足、英烈精神与课程内容结合不够紧密、教师教学能力不足、思政教育资源利用不够、学生对公安英烈精神存在认知差异、融合方式和机制缺乏长效性等问题,应通过课程内容与教学设计的创新、课外实践活动引导学生价值观统一等途径解决此类问题。The spirit of public security heroes is an essential part of Chinese hero culture,as well as a vivid interpretation of police loyalty and heroism in the new era.It is a strong ideological guidance and value education for police cadets to cultivate the sense of responsibility,the sense of mission and career identity.At present,there are some obstacles to pass the spirit of public security heroes in courses of ideological and political education,such as insufficient participation of students,the weak integration of hero spirit into cirriculum content,the inadequate teaching skills,the low utilization of the relevant resources,students’cognitive differences about public security heroes,and the long-term ineffectiveness of integration methods and mechanisms,etc.The problems can be solved through the innovation of the cirriculum content and teaching design,and through extracurricular activities to guide the values of students.
