摘 要:新医科建设致力于培养综合素质卓越的医学人才。但如何依据新时代特征,提高学生整合运用知识的意识的形成、促进学生高阶性学习能力的养成仍是教师面临的重要问题。在免疫学实验教学过程中,课题组依托案例进行“探案式”教学探索,重构实验教学内容、融入科研前沿、人文思政元素,激发学生融会贯通运用所学知识解决实际问题的能力,提高了课程的应用性和挑战度。此外,课题组还通过建立多元评价体系,对学生学习的创新性、高阶性等能力进行充分的评估。实践证明,该项措施契合新医科背景下大学生的心理特点,实现了学生学习、应用、人文素养等能力的全面发展,同时更好地帮助教师了解学情。改革实施过程中充分利用了混合教学模式的优势,提升了学生的数字素养和实践能力,所形成的学习成果也更新和丰富了免疫学实验教学的内容。The construction of new medical disciplines is committed to cultivating medical students with outstanding comprehensive qualities.However,how to enhance the formation of students'awareness of integrating and applying knowledge,and promote the development of their higher-order learning abilities based on the characteristics of the new era,is still an important issue faced by teachers.In the process of immunology experimental teaching,the research group conducted exploratory teaching based on case studies,restructured the experimental teaching content,integrated cutting-edge scientific research and humanistic ideological and political elements,stimulated students'ability to integrate and apply knowledge to solve practical problems,and improved the applicability and challenge of the course.In addition,the research group has established a diversified evaluation system to fully evaluate students'innovative and advanced learning abilities.Practice has proven that this measure is in line with the psychological characteristics of college students in the context of the new medical science,achieving comprehensive development of students’abilities in learning,application,humanistic literacy,and better helping teachers understand the learning situation.During the implementation of the reform,the advantages of blended teaching model were fully utilized,enhancing students'digital literacy and practical abilities.The resulting learning outcomes also updated and enriched the content of immunological experimental teaching.
