医教协同背景下新疆某医学院校临床教师教学现状分析

摘  要:目的调查并分析医教协同背景下新疆某医学院校临床教师教学行为及能力的现况分析,并就现状予以对策。方法选取2023年7月新疆某医学院校在职的528名临床教师为研究对象,采用调查问卷和现场座谈的形式了解临床教师教学现状及需求。结果在本研究调查的临床教师队伍中,30~40岁年龄段的青年临床教师占比达到32.6%(172/528),是临床教师队伍的主要组成部分。34.9%(60/172)的青年临床教师认为表达能力较好,34.3%(59/172)的青年临床教师认为自身操作技能较好,52.9%(91/172)的青年临床教师认为承担临床带教使其感到压力;80.3%(424/528)的临床教师在时间精力和重视程度上首选医疗;职称晋升、工作职责、绩效是临床教师参与教学的动力因素;时间精力不够是参与教学的最主要阻碍因素。结论新疆某医学院校临床教师认为自身在教学基本技能、临床带教方法等教学行为和教学能力方面表现较为满意;青年教师因医疗工作压力大,教学投入精力少因素及一些主观因素教学能力欠缺;工作重点仍向医疗工作倾斜较多,院校应重视对青年教师教学能力和行为的培训,多举措提升教学质量。Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of teaching behavior and ability of clinical teachers in a medical college in Xinjiang under the background of medical education collaboration,and give countermeasures to the current situation.Methods A total of 528 clinical teachers in a medical college in Xinjiang in July 2023 were selected as the research objects,and the teaching status and needs of clinical teachers were investigated by questionnaire and on-site discussion.Results Among the clinical teachers surveyed in this study,young clinical teachers aged 30~40 accounted for 32.6%(172/528),and were the main component of clinical teachers.34.9%(60/172)of the young clinical teachers thought that their expression ability was good,34.3%(59/172)of the young clinical teachers thought that their operational skills were good,and 52.9%(91/172)of the young clinical teachers thought that taking on clinical teaching made them feel pressure.80.3%(424/528)of clinical teachers preferred medical treatment in terms of time,energy and attention.Professional title promotion,job duties and performance are the driving factors for clinical teachers to participate in teaching.Lack of time and energy is the most important barrier to participation in teaching.Conclusion Clinical teachers in a medical college in Xinjiang think that they are satisfied with their teaching behavior and teaching ability in teaching basic skills,clinical teaching methods,etc.Young teachers lack teaching ability due to the high pressure of medical work,the factors of less teaching energy and some subjective factors.The focus of work is still more inclined to medical work,colleges and universities should pay attention to the training of young teachers'teaching ability and behavior,and take more measures to improve teaching quality.
