摘  要:目的探讨“学生考官”教学法联合线上任务在远程麻醉学技能培训中的作用。方法选择2021年10月—2022年12月在重庆医科大学第一临床学院进行麻醉学临床见习的381名临床医学专业学生为研究对象,按照教学方式的不同分为试验组(n=192)和对照组(n=189)。试验组采用“学生考官”教学法联合线上任务的教学方式,对照组采用传统线下面对面的教学方式。比较2组学生课堂小测试和技能操作的得分,以及对2种教学方法的评价。结果试验组学生技能操作平均成绩(90.9±3.2)分高于对照组[(88.3±4.5)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对教学方法的评价中,试验组和对照组在提高团队合作能力方面的比较差异有统计学意义(90.1%vs.83.1%,P<0.05)。结论“学生考官”教学法联合线上任务通过不断强化技能操作步骤和加强学生之间的协作,提高了学生的技能操作能力和团队合作能力,有助于提高远程技能操作培训的教学效果。Objective To explore the value of“students as examiners”teaching method combined with online assignment in remote skill teaching of anesthesiology.Methods A total of 381 undergraduates of Chongqing Medical University,who were apprenticed in anesthesiology department of the First Affiliated Hospital from October 2021 to December 2022,were divided into experimental group(n=192)and control group(n=189)according to different teaching,the experimental group was taught with“students as examiners”combined with online assignment,and the control group was taught with the traditional face-to-face teaching.The scores of the two groups’s classroom quizzes and skill test,and evaluation of teaching methods in both groups were compared.Results The average score of skill operation in test group[(90.9±3.2)points]was higher than that in control group[(88.3±4.5)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the evaluation of teaching methods,there was a statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in improving teamwork ability(90.1%vs.83.1%,P<0.05).Conclusion The“students as examiners”teaching method combined with online assignment improves skill ability and teamwork ability by continuously strengthening skill steps and strengthening collaboration between students,and which is also helpful to improve the teaching quality of remote skill training.
