摘 要:目的探讨主观询问、客观检查、评价和计划(subjective,objective,assessment,plan,SOAP)框架的基于团队的教学法(team-based learning,TBL)在神经内科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3—6月在齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院神经内科实习的临床医学专业本科生165名为研究对象,根据年级分成对照组和研究组,对照组为2017级86名学生,研究组为2018级79名学生,对照组采用传统实习教学模式,研究组采用SOAP框架的TBL教学法进行教学。教学后,对比2组理论知识、自主学习能力以及批判性思维能力。结果教学后,研究组学生理论知识[(93.45±5.79)分]成绩高于对照组[(91.23±5.12)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学后,研究组学生的自主学习能力量表各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。教学后,研究组学生的批判性思维能力量表(critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version,CTDI-CV)各维度评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SOAP框架的TBL教学法的教学模式在神经内科临床教学中效果较好,可提升临床专业学生理论知识掌握程度,提高自主学习能力和批判性思维能力,是一种有效的教学策略。Objective To explore the application effects of team-based learning(TBL)based on subjective inquiry,objective,assessment,plan,subjective,objective,assessment,plan(SOAP)framework in clinical teaching of neurology.Methods A total of 165 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine who interned in the neurology department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College from March to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and a research group according to their grades.86 students from the 2017 class were included in the control group,and 79 students from the 2018 class were included in the research group.Traditional internship teaching mode was used by the control group,while the TBL teaching method based on the SOAP framework was used by the research group for teaching.After teaching,the theoretical knowledge,independent learning ability and critical thinking ability of the two groups were compared.Results After teaching,the theoretical knowledge scores of the research group students[(93.45±5.79)points]were higher than those of the control group[(91.23±5.12)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the scores of the self-directed learning ability scale of the research group students were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After teaching,the scores and total scores of each dimension of the critical thinking disposition inventory Chinese version(CTDI-CV)of the research group students were higher than those of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TBL teaching method based on SOAP framework is effective in clinical teaching of neurology,which can improve the theoretical knowledge mastery of clinical students,enhance their self-learning ability and critical thinking ability,and is an effective teaching strategy.
