交互性规范化培训在消化科护理实践中的效果研究

摘  要:目的分析和研究消化科护理实践中实施交互性规范化培训教学的效果。方法选取2021年5月—2023年5月在重庆大学附属人民医院消化科见习的60名护理实习生,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各为30名。对照组予以传统教学方式,试验组实施交互性规范化培训教学。比较2组护理实习生理论知识考核分数、实践技能考核、自主学习能力、学习兴趣、沟通交流能力、教学质量、教学满意度和护理质量评分。结果试验组护理实习生的理论知识、实践技能评分分别为(76.15±9.16)分、(79.39±10.31)分,高于对照组[(68.24±10.08)分、(71.27±10.26)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理实习生自主学习能力、学习兴趣、沟通交流能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);试验组教学质量的各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);试验组教学总满意度为96.67%,高于对照组(76.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消化科护理实践中应用交互性规范化培训教学,可以提升护理实习生的临床理论知识和实践技能的学习效果,也可提高其学习兴趣、沟通交流能力和自主学习能力,能够有效地保证教学培训的质量和满意度,促进护理实习生工作质量的提升。Objective To analyze and study the effect of interactive standardized training teaching in gastroenterology nursing practice.Methods A total of 60 nursing interns undergoing clinical practice in the department of gastroenterology of Chongqing General Hospital,Chongqing University from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected.Using the random number table method,they were divided into a control group(n=30)and an experimental group(n=30).The control group was given traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group was implemented interactive standardized training teaching.The nursing interns’theoretical knowledge,practical skill assessment,self-directed learning ability,learning interest,communication ability,teaching quality,teaching satisfaction and nursing quality scores were compared.Results The theoretical knowledge and practical skills scores of nursing interns in the experimental group were(76.15±9.16)points and(79.39±10.31)points,which were higher than those of the control group[(68.24±10.08)points and(71.27±10.26)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-directed learning ability,learning interest,and communication ability scores of nursing interns in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores of various aspects of the teaching quality of nursing interns in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The overall teaching satisfaction of nursing interns in the experimental group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(76.67%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of interactive standardization training and teaching in the nursing practice of the department of gastroenterology can improve learning effect of nursing interns’clinical theory knowledge and practical skills,enhance their learning interest,communication abilit
