“三临床”思政教学模式对提升本科生急诊教学质量的效果研究

摘  要:目的探讨本科生急诊实习时采用基于“三临床”(早临床、多临床、反复临床)下的思政教学模式对教学质量的影响。方法选取2021年6月—2023年6月于重庆医科大学附属永川医院进行实习的本科生作为研究对象,共计50名,均于急诊实习。根据本科实习生入院实习的时间顺序进行分组,其中2021年6月—2022年6月入院的25名本科实习生作为对照组,2022年7月—2023年6月入院的25名本科实习生作为研究组。对照组接受常规教学模式,研究组在常规教学模式基础上接受基于“早临床、多临床、反复临床”下的思政教学模式。对比2组课程活动成绩、实践活动成绩、学习动机、考核成绩、教学满意度。结果研究组实习生责任心评分、道德修养评分、学习主动性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组实习生差错率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组注意评分、信心评分、关联评分、满足评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组理论考核成绩、技能考核成绩以及总分分别为(87.18±3.24)分、(88.17±2.45)分、(87.20±2.31)分,对照组分别为(82.42±2.73)分、(83.68±2.35)分、(82.64±2.65)分,研究组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总满意率为100%,对照组总满意率为84.00%,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊医学教学过程中,予以本科实习生基于“早临床、多临床、反复临床”下的思政教学模式,可提高实习生责任心、道德修养、学习主动性,降低实习生差错率,同时可提高实习生学习动机、理论考核成绩以及技能考核成绩,有效提升教学满意度。Objective To explore the influence of ideological and political teaching mode based on"three clinical practices"(early clinical practice,multiple clinical practice,repeated clinical practice)on teaching quality.Methods Undergraduate students who interned at the Affiliated Yongchuan Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.There were a total of 50 undergraduate interns,all of whom interned in the emergency department.The undergraduate interns were grouped according to the chronological order of their admission for internship.Specifically,a total of 25 undergraduate interns who were admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were set as the control group,and 25 undergraduate interns who were admitted to the hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were designated as the research group.The control group was taught with the conventional teaching mode,while the research group,on the basis of the conventional teaching mode,was taught with the ideological and political teaching mode based on the principle of"early exposure to clinical practice,frequent clinical exposure,and repeated clinical exposure".The scores of curriculum activities,scores of practical activities,learning motivation,assessment scores,and teaching satisfaction are compared between the two groups.Results The scores of responsibility,moral cultivation,and learning initiative of the interns in the research group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Moreover,the error rate of the interns in the research group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of attention,confidence,relevance,and satisfaction of the interns in the research group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of theoretical assessment,skill assessment,and the total score in the research group were(87.18±
