摘  要:制度体系是相关的多种制度构成的有机整体。中小学校长专业发展制度体系要依据一定准则建构。这些准则要充分反映政府、社会和校长三大重要制度主体意志,要符合校长复杂人衍生的专业发展特点,还要具有校长自身和外在相结合的作用机制。运用新制度主义理论,建构了由规制性、规范性和文化—认知性三制度组合而成的校长专业发展制度体系。该制度体系不仅符合建构准则,还可以形成结构功能,从而可以产生强大且有效的促进校长专业发展的效应。Institutional system is an organic whole composed of various institutions related to it.The institutional system of principal’s professional development in primary and secondary school should be constructed according to certain criterion.The criteria are to fully reflect the will of the three major institutional subjects of the government,society,and principals,to conform to the characteristics of the professional development derived from the principals’complex people,and to also require the mechanism that combines the principal’s own and external functions.Using the theory of new institutionalism,the institutional system of principal’s professional development,which is composed of three institutions of regulative,normative and cultural-cognitive is constructed.
