摘 要:自长三角区域一体化发展被确立为国家战略以来,县域高职院校作为区域职业教育体系的重要一环,迎来了前所未有的发展机遇,同时也面临着诸多挑战。本文以长三角区域内的县域高职院校为研究对象,深入剖析其发展现状,揭示了服务面向狭窄、办学水平不高、社会服务能力薄弱等问题。并基于长三角一体化发展的宏观背景,对其发展路径进行了重新定位。同时,结合具体案例,从优化专业布局、深化校企合作、推进产教融合、构建区域联盟等多个维度,详细阐述了县域高职院校深度融入长三角一体化发展的探索与实践。Since the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta region has been established as a national strategy,county-level higher vocational colleges,as a crucial part of the regional vocational education system,have ushered in unprecedented development opportunities while also facing numerous challenges.Taking the county-level higher vocational colleges in the Yangtze River Delta region as the research objects,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of their current development status,revealing problems such as narrow service orientation,low school-running level,and weak social service ability.Based on the macro background of the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta,it reorients their development paths.Meanwhile,combined with specific cases,from multiple dimensions such as optimizing the specialty layout,deepening school-enterprise cooperation,promoting the integration of industry and education,and building a regional alliance,it elaborates in detail on the exploration and practice of county-level higher vocational colleges'deep integration into the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.
