摘　　要：目前,地方职业院校与企业的合作仍面临诸多挑战,存在校企育人模式单一、合作深度不够、投入不足等问题,迫切需要在人才培养体系和合作模式上开展创新性的研究与实践。文章以吉林工程技术师范学院为例,从校企合作机制、人才培养模式、师资队伍建设、实践实训体系等方面对职业院校校企协同育人模式开展研究,探讨地方职业院校与企业深度合作构建协同育人模式的有效路径,以期能够为地方职业院校的校企合作开辟新的路径。At present,the cooperation between local vocational colleges and enterprises still faces many challenges.Fundamentally,due to the single mode of school enterprise education,insufficient depth of cooperation,and insufficient investment,there is an urgent need to carry out innovative research and practice in the talent training system and cooperation mode.This article takes Jilin Engineering and Technology Normal University as an example to conduct research on the collaborative education model between vocational colleges and enterprises from the aspects of school enterprise cooperation mechanism,talent cultivation mode,teacher team construction,and practical training system.It explores the effective path of deep cooperation between local vocational colleges and enterprises to construct a collaborative education model,in order to open up new paths for school enterprise cooperation in local vocational education.
