摘  要:文章研究了高职院校产教融合中多主体参与的治理逻辑,进而思考多元化构成边界组织的行动路径。具体研究了AIGC数字创意研究发展中心的组织治理机制,探寻新工科背景下实现产业人才协同培养、产业项目进校、科技创新赋能产业发展的模式。通过构建协同治理机制、建立信息共享平台、完善治理工具体系、促进联合行动体系、推动组织文化融合的组织治理机制研究高职院校产教融合新模式,建设实现产业人才协同培养、产业项目进校、科技创新赋能产业的AIGC数字创意研究发展中心。This paper explores the governance logic of multi-stakeholder participation in industry-education integration within higher vocational colleges,and further investigates the action pathways for constructing boundary organizations with diversified structures.Specifically,by researching and establishing the organizational governance mechanism of the AIGC Digital Creative Research and Development Center,this study aims to explore models for collaborative industrial talent cultivation,introduction of industrial projects into campuses,and leveraging technological innovation to empower industrial development under the new engineering discipline framework.Through constructing collaborative governance mechanisms,establishing information-sharing platforms,improving governance tool systems,promoting joint action systems,and advancing organizational cultural integration,this paper proposes new models for industry-education integration in higher vocational colleges.The goal is to build an AIGC Digital Creative Research and Development Center that realizes collaborative industrial talent cultivation,campus-based industrial projects,and technology innovation-driven industrial development.
