摘  要:文章深入剖析了高职内科护理教学中人文关怀缺失的缘由,包括理论与实践分离、学生特质与教育引导不足、教学滞后于行业需求、社会价值观冲击等,进而通过构建创新教学路径,涵盖理论实践融合、个性化培育、教学内容更新及价值引领强化等方面,旨在培育兼具专业技能与深厚人文关怀素养的护理人才,以适应现代医疗护理行业的发展,推动高职内科护理教学改革与行业人文关怀水平的提升。The article deeply analyzes the reasons for the lack of humanistic care in vocational internal medicine nursing teaching,including the separation of theory and practice,insufficient student characteristics and educational guidance,teaching lagging behind industry needs,and the impact of social values.Through the construction of innovative teaching paths,covering the integration of theory and practice,personalized cultivation,updating teaching content,and strengthening value guidance,the aim is to cultivate nursing talents with both professional skills and profound humanistic care literacy,to adapt to the development of modern medical nursing industry,promote the reform of vocational internal medicine nursing teaching and the improvement of industry humanistic care level.
