摘 要:教学质量是学校生存和发展的立足之本,构建完善的教学质量保障体系是提升高校办学质量的有效手段。然而,对比合格评估要求,民办新建本科院校目前仍存在教学质量保障组织机构不健全、教学质量监控的广度和深度不够、教学质量标准体系不完善、教学质量信息处理与落实整改成效不理想等问题。针对问题,文章提出从建立三级教学质量管理机制,形成四步闭环运行体系,完善教学质量保障体系子系统等方面构建教学质量保障体系,形成不断提高教学质量的长效机制,持续提升人才培养质量。Teaching quality is the foundation for the survival and development of schools,and building a sound teaching quality assurance system is an effective means to improve the quality of higher education.However,compared to the requirements for qualified evaluation,private newly-built undergraduate colleges still have problems such as inadequate organizational structure for teaching quality assurance,insufficient breadth and depth of teaching quality monitoring,imperfect teaching quality standard system,and unsatisfactory results in the processing and implementation of teaching quality information rectification.In response to the problem,the article proposes to establish a three-level teaching quality management mechanism,form a four step closed-loop operation system,and improve the subsystems of the teaching quality assurance system to construct a teaching quality assurance system,form a long-term mechanism for continuously improving teaching quality,and continuously enhance the quality of talent cultivation.
