摘　　要：文章首先探讨了开放教育管理人员的素质要求,并基于现代教育理论分析其在专业能力、信息素养、综合素养等方面的具体要求;随后,指出现有管理人员的素质现状,同时分析了影响管理人员素质提升的因素。基于此,文章提出了改进路径,包括教育理念转型、信息技术培训和团队协作能力强化等,以促进管理人员素质的全面提升,从而推动开放教育的可持续发展。The article first explores the quality requirements for open education management personnel,and analyzes their specific requirements in professional competence,information literacy,comprehensive literacy,and other aspects based on modern educational theory;Subsequently,the current quality status of management personnel was identified,and factors affecting the improvement of management personnel's quality were analyzed.Based on this,the article proposes improvement paths,including the transformation of educational concepts,information technology training,and strengthening team collaboration capabilities,to promote the comprehensive improvement of management personnel's quality and promote the sustainable development of open education.
