摘　　要：随着创新驱动发展战略的深化推进,社会各界对具备创新创业能力人才的需求持续攀升。高职院校辅导员作为学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者、指导者,其在创新创业教育中起到重要作用。目前,高职院校辅导员在创新创业教育工作中存在明显不足,如对创新创业重视不足、缺乏相关专业知识和指导经验、外部资源有限等。文章深入探讨高职院校辅导员在创新创业教育中的角色定位和职能实现路径,以期为优化辅导员创新创业教育实践提供新思路。With the deepening of the innovation-driven development strategy,the demand for talents with innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities from all sectors of society continues to rise.Higher vocational college counselors,as the organizers,implementers,and instructors of students'daily ideological and political education and management work,play an important role in innovation and entrepreneurship education.At present,there are obvious deficiencies in the innovation and entrepreneurship education work of higher vocational college counselors,such as insufficient attention to innovation and entrepreneurship,lack of relevant professional knowledge and guidance experience,and limited external resources.This article deeply explores the role orientation and function realization path of higher vocational college counselors in innovation and entrepreneurship education,in order to provide new ideas for optimizing the innovation and entrepreneurship education practice of counselors.
