摘  要:高质量人才培养离不开高水平教师团队,文章聚焦团队建设与教师能力提升中存在的“有组织而难能形成行动有力团队、知变化而难应对产业技术变化、有经验而难转化成教学能力”等问题,通过深化不同类型教师间的“熔合”凝心聚力发挥合力效应,通过实施多渠道“锻炼”增加应对产业变化的本领,通过开展多方面过关“淬火”活动激发教师教学能力提升,在职业院校“双师型”教师能力提升路径探索与实践上取得了较好成效。High-quality talent cultivation is inseparable from a high-level teaching faculty team.This article focuses on the problems existing in team building and teachers'competence improvement,such as"having an organization but it's difficult to form a powerful action-oriented team,being aware of changes but struggling to cope with industrial technological changes,and having experience but finding it hard to transform it into teaching ability".By deepening the"integration"among different types of teachers to pool their strength and give full play to the synergy effect,by implementing"training"through multiple channels to enhance the ability to deal with industrial changes,and by carrying out"tempering"activities in multiple aspects to stimulate the improvement of teachers'teaching ability,good results have been achieved in the innovative exploration and practice of the path for improving the double-qualified teachers'competence in vocational colleges.
