摘 要:随着军事现代化的加速推进和部队对食品安全要求的日益提高,军用饮食供应站的食品安全管理体系面临着新的挑战与机遇。本文围绕军用饮食供应站食品安全管理体系展开,剖析其在政策法规执行、管理流程及人员素质培训方面的现状,针对性地提出军用饮食供应站食品安全管理体系的优化策略,旨在全面提升军用饮食供应站食品安全保障能力,为部队多样化军事任务提供坚实的饮食安全支撑。With the acceleration of military modernization and the increasing requirements of military food safety,the food safety management system of military catering supply stations is facing new challenges and opportunities.This paper focuses on the food safety management system of military catering supply stations,analyzes its current situation in the implementation of policies and regulations,management process and personnel quality training,and puts forward the optimization strategy of the food safety management system of military catering supply stations,aiming to comprehensively improve the food safety guarantee ability of military catering supply stations and provide solid food safety support for the diversified military tasks of the army.
