摘  要:食品运输作为连接生产与消费的关键环节,在促进食品经济发展中扮演着不可或缺的角色,不仅支撑了食品供应链的有效运作,还对食品安全、市场流通及公众健康产生深远影响。然而,在实际运输过程中,诸如温度控制不力、化学品污染、微生物危害等安全隐患频发,严重威胁食品的质量和安全。这些问题不仅可能导致食品变质、经济损失,更可能引发社会安全问题。本研究聚焦于食品运输中的安全挑战,提出切实可行的防控措施。通过综合考察,期望为提升食品运输安全水平提供理论支持和实践指导,进而保障食品安全,推动食品经济健康发展,增强消费者信心,减少不必要的经济损失,确保食品供应链的安全稳定。As a key link connecting production and consumption,food transportation plays an indispensable role in promoting the development of the food economy.It not only supports the effective operation of the food supply chain,but also has a profound impact on food safety,market circulation,and public health.However,in the actual transportation process,safety hazards such as inadequate temperature control,chemical contamination,and microbial hazards frequently occur,seriously threatening the quality and safety of food.These issues may not only lead to food spoilage and economic losses,but also trigger social security problems.This study focuses on the safety challenges in food transportation and proposes practical and feasible prevention and control measures.Through comprehensive investigation,it is expected to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the safety level of food transportation,thereby ensuring food safety,promoting the healthy development of the food economy,enhancing consumer confidence,reducing unnecessary economic losses,and ensuring the safety and stability of the food supply chain.
