摘　　要：规范开展食品检验检测工作是保障人民群众食品安全的重要举措。在食品检测中科学应用高效液相色谱仪可以实现对食品构成成分的定量及定性分析,大幅提高食品检测效率及精准性。本文从高效液相色谱仪相关概述出发,分析了高效液相色谱仪在食品检测中的应用优势及具体应用,探讨了优化食品检测应用效果的策略,以期提供一定的参考价值。Standardizing food inspection and testing is an important measure to ensure the food safety of the people.The scientific application of high-performance liquid chromatography in food testing can achieve quantitative and qualitative analysis of food components,greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of food testing.Starting from the relevant overview of high-performance liquid chromatography,this paper analyzes the application advantages and specific applications of high-performance liquid chromatography in food testing,and discusses strategies to optimize the application effect of food testing,in order to provide certain reference value.
