摘　　要：以贵州省46所高职院校2023年《高等职业教育质量年度报告》为研究对象,梳理和总结贵州省高等职业教育在新时代背景下发展所遇到的挑战,并对其进行反思,找出制约贵州省高等职业教育发展的主要问题表征,并提出全面提升师资队伍建设、深化专业建设、强化校企合作与产教融合、加强国际交流与合作、提升科研与创新能力、优化服务产业能力,以及完善职业教育体系建设等优化对策。Focusing on the 2023 Annual Report on the Quality of Higher Vocational Education from 46 higher vocational colleges in Guizhou Province,this study reviews and summarizes the challenges encountered in developing higher vocational education in Guizhou under the new era background.It reflects on these issues to identify the main problems hindering the development of higher vocational education in Guizhou.And put forward optimization measures such as comprehensively improving the construction of teaching staff,deepening professional construction,strengthening school enterprise cooperation and industry education integration,enhancing international exchanges and cooperation,improving scientific research and innovation capabilities,optimizing service industry capabilities and improving the construction of vocational education system.
