新农科背景下《酶工程》课程思政教学探索与实践

摘  要:在新农科背景下,《酶工程》课程进行课程思政教学模式的实践与探索,精心设计整合教学内容,有机地融入课程思政元素,取得了良好的教学效果。通过问卷调查发现,与没有融入课程思政的教学模式相比,学生对《酶工程》课程思政的满意度为92.38%,且学生在网络教学平台的作业上传率、课件观看率、测试题正确率和互动区参与率均显著提高。《酶工程》课程思政的探索与实践,为进一步实施教学改革和优化教学体系提供了依据。Under the background of the new agricultural sciences,the course of Enzyme Engineering has been practiced and explored in the teaching mode of the ideological and political education,and good teaching effect has been achieved.Compared with the teaching mode without integrating the ideological and political education in curriculum,the questionnaire survey found that the students’satisfaction with the ideological and political education in enzyme engineering course was 92.38%,and the students’homework uploading rate,lesson viewing rate,correct rate of test questions and participation rate of interactive area in the online teaching platform were significantly increased.The exploration and practical experience of Enzyme Engineering will provide a useful reference for further implementation of teaching reform and optimization of the teaching system.
