应用型本科院校教师创新创业教育教学能力培养与提升的对策研究

摘　　要：贯彻新发展理念,建设创新型国家,要求应用型本科院校加大创新型人才培养力度,拥有一支创新创业教育教学能力强的师资队伍。基于应用型本科院校教师存在创新创业教育理念相对滞后、实践教学能力弱、专业知识结构和师资结构不合理、激励制度与考核评价体系不健全、培训体系不完备等问题,提出了建设增量扩张、存量优化的创新创业师资队伍,优化创新创业教师的知识结构与智能结构,为教师创新创业能力训练搭建平台,多元合作、共同培育,提升创新创业教师信息化教学能力等措施,实现培养和提升教师创新创业教育教学能力。To implement the new development concept,promote high-quality development,and carry out the construction of an innovative country,universities are required to increase their efforts in cultivating innovative talents and have a strong teaching team with strong innovation and entrepreneurship education capabilities.Based on the problems of relatively lagging educational concepts,weak practical teaching abilities,unreasonable professional knowledge and teacher structure,incomplete incentive and assessment systems,and incomplete training systems in the innovation and entrepreneurship education ability of university teachers,it is proposed to build an incremental expansion and stock optimization innovation and entrepreneurship teacher team,optimize the knowledge and intelligent structure of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers,build a platform for teacher innovation and entrepreneurship ability training,cooperate in multiple ways,jointly cultivate,and enhance the information technology teaching ability of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers,and achieve the cultivation and improvement of teacher innovation and entrepreneurship education teaching ability.
