摘  要:[目的]明确梨星毛虫liberis pruni幼虫感器超微结构,进而推测其功能,为后续梨星毛虫研究奠定基础。[方法]利用扫描电镜观察梨星毛虫幼虫足和体表感器类型、形态结构及分布情况。[结果]结果发现梨星毛虫幼虫足、体表共存在6种感器,分别是刺形感器I(Sch-I)、刺形感器II(Sch-II)、锥形感器(SB)、钟型感器(Sca)、毛形感器I(STI)和毛形感器II(ST-II),其中钟形感器只在体表分布,6种感器在体表均有发现,毛形感器分布最多,是梨星毛虫幼虫主要感器。[结论]本研究全面观察了梨星毛虫幼虫的足及体表感器类型和分布特征,推测各个感器的功能,可为梨星毛虫绿色防治提供新思路,为进一步研究梨星毛虫幼虫的形态学提供理论基础和科学依据,同时完善了鳞翅目幼虫感器的研究。[Objective]The purpose of current study was to clarify the ultrastructure of sensory receptors on the larvae of Liberis pruni and predict their functions,thereby laying a foundation for further research on this pest.[Methods]Scanning electron mi-croscopy(SEM)was used to observe the types,morphological structures,and distribution of sensilla on the legs and body sur-faces of L.pruni larvae.[Results]The study identified six types of sensory receptors on the legs and body surfaces of larvae:sensilla chaetica I(Sch-I),sensilla chaetica II(Sch-II),sensilla basiconica(SB-I),sensilla campaniformia(Sca),sensilla trichodea I(ST-I)and sensilla trichodea II(ST-II).Among these,sensilla campaniformia were found only on the body sur-face,while all six types were distributed across the body surface.Sensilla trichodea(I and II)were the most abundant and repre-sented primary sensillum of L.pruni larvae.[Conclusion]This study comprehensively examined the types and distribution of sensilla on the legs and body surface of L.pruni larvae,inferred their potential functions,and provided new insights for the green control of this pest.The findings also offered a theoretical basis and scientific basis for further the morphological study of L.pruni larvae,while contributing to the broader understanding of sensilla in lepidopteran larvae.
