数字化时代高职电子商务专业数字技能人才培养研究

摘　　要：随着数字化进程的加快,电子商务行业对数字技能人才的需求快速增长,对高职电子商务专业在数字技能培养上提出了更高要求。基于通用、专业及复合三层次数字技能框架,分析电子商务专业人才所需数字技能,构建“筑基—融合—深化”三阶段的高职电子商务专业学生数字技能培养的进阶路径,并进一步探讨具体实施策略,从数字化课程体系、课程内容、实践教学、教学方法等方面进行创新,系统提升高职电子商务专业学生的数字技能水平,培养满足数字化时代发展需求的高素质电子商务人才。With the acceleration of digitalization,the demand for digital skilled talents in the E-Commerce industry is rapidly increasing,which puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of digital skills in vocational college E-Commerce majors.Based on the three-level digital skills framework of general,professional,and composite,this paper analyzes the digital skills required by E-Commerce professionals,constructs an advanced path for digital skills training of vocational college E-Commerce students in the three stages of“foundation building-integration-deepening”,and further explores specific implementation strategies.It innovates from the aspects of digital curriculum system,curriculum content,practical teaching,teaching methods,etc.,systematically improves the digital skills level of vocational college E-Commerce students,and cultivates high-quality E-Commerce talents that meet the development needs of the digital age.
