摘 要:目的探讨以岗位胜任力为核心的住院医师执业医师资格考试(简称:执医考试)考前培训与考核模式的应用效果。方法选择福建医科大学附属漳州市医院2022、2023年度首次参加执医考试的141名住院医师为观察组,实施以岗位胜任力为核心的住院医师执医考试的考前培训与考核模式;以2021年度首次参加执医考试的67名住院医师为对照组,采用常规考前培训和考核模式。比较两组培训后执医考试首考通过率、考生培训满意度评价等指标。结果观察组住院医师经执医考试考前培训后,技能考核各项目成绩、理论模拟考成绩均较培训前提高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001);观察组的执医考试首考通过率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(89.4%vs.79.1%,P=0.046);观察组的考前培训满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义[(96.3±2.3)分vs.(85.6±1.9)分,P<0.001]。结论以岗位胜任力为核心的住院医师执医考前培训和考核方案有利于提高住院医师执医考试首考通过率,且对培养住院医师的岗位胜任力有积极作用。Objective To explore the application effect of the pre-exam training and examination mode of the resident medical practicing physician qualification exam(the practicing physician qualification exam)with the core of post competence.Methods A total of 141 resident physicians from Zhangzhou Hospital affiliated with Fujian Medical University who took the physician exam for the first time in 2022 and 2023 were selected as the observation group and underwent the pre-exam training and assessment program.A control group of 67 resident physicians who took the exam for the first time in 2021 was included.Indicators such as the first-time pass rate and training satisfaction evaluation were compared and analyzed.Results After participating in the pre-examination training for the medical licensing exam,the resident physicians in the observation group showed significant improvements in both the skill assessment scores and theoretical mock exam results compared to their pre-training performance,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).The first-time pass rate of the medical licensing exam in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(89.4%vs.79.1%,P=0.046).Additionally,the satisfaction score for the pre-examination training in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference[(96.3±2.3)points vs.(85.6±1.9)points,P<0.001].Conclusion The pre-exam training and assessment program with post competence as the core for resident physicians is beneficial in improving the first-time pass rate of the physician exam and has a positive effect on cultivating the job competency of resident physicians.
