摘　　要：当前,人工智能技术正以前所未有的速度渗透到千行百业,成为驱动变革和创新的关键力量。本文基于人工智能时代对产教融合和高技能人才培养的现实要求,从能力需求、产教融合、师资队伍、平台建设等方面分析了不足,提出以“需求导向、技术赋能、多元协同”为核心逻辑,以“四大一新”为路径优化策略,并例举了天津职业大学人工智能背景下推进产教融合开展高技能人才培养的具体实践。present,artificial intelligence(AI)technology is permeating into thousands of industries at an unprecedented speed,be⁃coming a key force driving change and innovation.Based on the practical requirements of the industry-education integration and the cultivation of high-skilled talents in the AI era,this paper analyzes the shortcomings in the aspects of capability requirements,indus⁃try-education integration,faculty ability,platform construction,etc.,and proposes a core logic of"demand-orientated,technology enabling and multiaspect collaborating"and a path optimization strategy of"four major and one new".This paper also shares the spe⁃cific practice of Tianjin Vocational Institute for promoting deep integration between industry and education,and for cultivating highskilled talents under the background of AI.
