基于产教空间融合的职业院校入驻园区分布式办学

摘　　要：产教融合是国家推动产业和教育良性互动、融合发展的一大战略,是职业教育领域里的改革开放。空间距离是影响产教深度融合的重要因素之一,产教融合也包括产教空间的融合,目前职业教育产教空间分离状况还很普遍。城市产业园区是产业核心企业及配套企业(成链)聚集的地方,利用国家对产教融合在财税、用地、金融等政策支持和产业园区的职业教育用地、建筑和生活设施等,吸引优秀职业院校各院系或专业(群)入驻城市相应产业园区,实现产教空间融合,为产教深度融合打好基础;职业院校实施1+N分布式办学,园区成立产业学院或园区大学,充分实现产教资源的共建与共享、人才共育和技术服务等,实现产教相互配套和深度融合,完善教育链和产业链。The integration of industry and education is a major strategy for the country to promote the healthy interaction and inte-grated development of industry and education.It is a reform and opening up in the field of vocational education,and spatial distance is one of the important factors affecting the deep integration of industry and education.The integration of industry and education al-so includes the integration of industry and education spaces,and at present,the separation of industry and education spaces in voca-tional education is still common.Urban industrial parks are places where core industrial enterprises and supporting enterprises(form-ing chains)gather.By utilizing national policy support for the integration of industry and education in finance,taxation,land use,and financial policies,as well as vocational education land,buildings,and living facilities in industrial parks,excellent vocational colleges and departments or professional groups are attracted to settle in corresponding industrial parks in cities,achieving spatial in-tegration of industry and education,and laying a good foundation for the deep integration of industry and education.Vocational col-leges implement 1+N distributed education,and industrial colleges or park universities are established in the parks,fully realizing the co-construction,sharing,talents co-cultivation,and technical services of industry and education resources,achieving mutual support and deep integration,and improving the education and industrial chains.
