装备制造类专业“岗课赛证”与课程思政综合育人体系研究实践——以无锡机电高等职业技术学校为例

摘　　要：课程思政和“岗课赛证”都是高素质技术技能人才培养的实践指南。为实现新时代背景下课程思政融于“岗课赛证”专业教学,构建了“引岗入课、过程导向、赛教融通、课证融合”的“岗课赛证”综合育人体系,研究了“岗课赛证”多元融通育人模式下装备制造类专业课程思政的实施路径。通过深化装备制造技术技能人才培养改革,挖掘装备制造类专业课程思政元素,提炼装备制造类专业课融入课程思政的教学策略,打造教学过程对接生产过程的情境化思政课堂,建立精准有效、可评可测的课程思政评价体系,完成装备制造类专业“岗课赛证”多元融通与课程思政实施路径的一体化设计。Curriculum ideological and political education and“post,course,competition and certificate”are practical guidelines for the training of high-quality technical talents.In order to realize curriculum ideological and political education integrated into the pro-fessional teaching of“post,course,competition and certificate”under the background of the new era,a comprehensive education sys-tem of"post-curriculum-competition-certificate"of"introducing posts into courses,process-oriented,integrating competitions into teaching,and integrating courses and certificates"has been constructed.The implementation path of ideological and political educa-tion in courses for equipment manufacturing majors under the multi-integrated education model of"post-curriculum-competition-certificate"has been studied.Through deepening the reform of cultivating technical and skilled talents in equipment manufacturing,excavating ideological and political elements in courses for equipment manufacturing majors,refining teaching strategies for inte-grating ideological and political education into courses for equipment manufacturing majors,creating a situational ideological and political classroom where the teaching process is connected with the production process,and establishing a precise,effective,evalu-able and measurable evaluation system for curriculum ideological and political education,thus,the integrated system design of the implementation path of multi-integration of"post-curriculum-competition-certificate"and curriculum ideological and political edu-cation for equipment manufacturing majors has been completed.
