摘　　要：基于全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程和国内国际双循环的新发展格局,增强职业教育适应性成为积极应对市场结构性改革和产业转型升级的重要举措。随着工业4.0时代的快速发展,智能技术逐渐渗透到教育领域,智能技术赋能职业教育适应性理应成为助推职业教育高质量发展的有效手段,其内在逻辑在于:智能技术在器物向度、智能向度和理性向度上助推学科专业设置、教育结构、人才培养结构、评价方式等,有效适应人力资源需求、类型教育定位、区域经济发展以及学生学习特征。为充分发挥智能技术对职业教育适应性的赋能效用,应联动多方力量、回归教育本质、遵循合规律性、明确逻辑定位,以促进职业教育适应性朝着主动适应、全面适应、动态适应、引领适应转变,继而构建智能技术赋能职业教育适应性的生态系统。Based on the new journey of comprehensively building a socialist modernized country and the new development pattern of domestic and international dual circulation,enhancing the adaptability of vocational education has become an important measure to actively respond to market structural reform and industrial transformation and upgrading.With the rapid development of the Industry 4.0 era,intelligent technology is gradually penetrating into the field of education.Empowering vocational education with adapt⁃ability through intelligent technology should become an effective means to promote high-quality develop⁃ment of vocational education.Its inherent logic lies in the fact that intelligent technology promotes subject and professional settings,educational structures,talent cultivation structures,evaluation methods,etc.in the dimensions of material,intelligent,and rational,effectively adapting to human resource needs,type edu⁃cation positioning,regional economic development,and student learning characteristics.To fully leverage the empowering effect of intelligent technology on the adaptability of vocational education,it is necessary to link multiple forces,return to the essence of education,follow laws,and clarify logical positioning,in order to promote the transformation of vocational education adaptability towards active adaptation,comprehensive adaptation,dynamic adaptation,and leading adaptation,and then build an ecosystem of intelligent technolo⁃gy empowering vocational education adaptability.
