摘  要:数字工匠培养的特殊之处在于其技能的生成受到多种主体制约。因此,提升数字工匠技能的逻辑起点是整合数字工匠人才培养生态,协同技能生态系统多方主体。但当前数字工匠的培育存在着催化疲软,政府数字工匠政策供给不足;营养不足,企业提供工作培训实践不足;资源受限,学校数字工匠教育模式单一;支持乏力,社会数字技能评价机制尚未形成等多重困境。借助技能生态理论,挖掘数字工匠培养要点,从政府“催化剂”、企业“营养物”、职业院校“相互依赖”和社会环境“支持保障”等多维度协同推进,构建引发激活、开放协同和相互依赖机制。通过政府政策优化数字工匠技能体系开发、发挥催化剂作用,企业建设数字工匠工作室、发挥营养物作用,职业院校专业群对接产业、发挥高度相互依存作用,构建数字工匠评价指标体系、发挥支持环境作用等,最终实现数字工匠赋能新质生产力发展。The particularity of cultivating digital craftsmen lies in the fact that the generation of their skills is constrained by multiple subjects.Therefore,the logical starting point for enhancing the skills of dig-ital craftsmen is to integrate the talent cultivation ecosystem of digital craftsmen and collaborate with multi-ple stakeholders in the skill ecosystem.However,there is currently a catalytic weakness in the cultivation of digital craftsmen,and the government's policy supply for digital craftsmen is insufficient;Insufficient nutri-tion and inadequate job training provided by enterprises;Resources are limited,and the digital craftsman education model in schools is single;Multiple challenges such as weak support and the lack of a social digi-tal skills evaluation mechanism.By leveraging the theory of skill ecology,we aim to explore the key points of cultivating digital craftsmen.We will work together from multiple dimensions,including government"cat-alysts,"enterprise"nutrients,"vocational college"interdependence,"and social environment"support and guarantee,"to construct mechanisms that trigger activation,open collaboration,and interdependence.By op-timizing the development of the digital craftsman skills system through government policies,playing a cata-lytic role,establishing digital craftsman studios in enterprises,leveraging the role of nutrients,connecting vocational colleges and professional groups with industries,leveraging high interdependence,constructing a digital craftsman evaluation index system,and playing a supporting role in the environment,ultimately achieving the empowerment of new quality productive forces development by digital craftsmen.
