摘　　要：进一步全面深化改革是党的二十届三中全会作出的关系党和国家事业发展全局的重大战略部署。中国的改革始终植根于中华优秀传统文化的沃土,并不断从文化根脉中汲取丰厚滋养。进一步全面深化改革是中国新时代的伟大创造,又体现中华优秀传统文化的内在根脉。中华优秀传统文化从价值取向、系统方法、改革决心、实践方向、历史主动等多方面为进一步全面深化改革提供了滋养与供给——民本思想坚定了以人民为中心的价值根基,突出了改革的人民立场;大一统观念助力改革的系统集成,驾驭改革的协调性、系统性;革故鼎新赋予改革者破立并举、勇于变革的决心与勇气,强化了改革信心;大同理想赋能改革的实践方向,使公平正义和谐的目标成为可能;重史传统增强了改革的历史主动性,彰显当代改革的历史自觉、历史自信、历史主动。The further comprehensive deepening of reform is a major strategic deployment made by the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,which is related to the overall development of the Party and the country’s undertakings.China’s reform has always been rooted in the fertile soil of excellent traditional Chinese culture and continuously draws rich nourishment from its cultural roots.The further comprehensive deepening of reform is a great creation in China’s new era and also reflects the internal root of excellent traditional Chinese culture.Excellent traditional Chinese culture provides nourishment and support for the further comprehensive deepening of reform from multiple aspects such as value orientation,systematic methods,determination for reform,practical direction,and historical initiative.The people-oriented thought strengthens the value foundation centered on the people and highlights the people’s stance in reform.The concept of great unity helps with the systematic integration of reform and enables the control of the coordination and systematicness of reform.The spirit of innovation endows reformers with the determination and courage to break the old and establish the new and be brave in making changes,strengthening the confidence in reform.The ideal of a harmonious and just society empowers the practical direction of reform,making the goals of fairness,justice,and harmony possible.The tradition of attaching importance to history enhances the historical initiative of reform and demonstrates the historical consciousness,historical confidence,and historical initiative of contemporary reform.
