构建与中国式现代化相匹配的教育范式

摘　　要：社会生活是一个有机体,教育范式与文明范式之间存在着有机的联系,两者必须互相匹配。中国式现代化是坚持社会主义核心价值体系的文明范式,与之相匹配的教育范式则必须致力于培育自觉坚持社会主义核心价值体系的一代新人。西方教育范式扭曲人性,不能服务于中国特色社会主义事业,所以就必须用一种新的教育范式取而代之。中华民族对理想教育范式的追求源远流长,其根源就在于我们有一个遵道而行的文化传统,我们把在此基础上产生出来的教育范式称为“中华教育范式”。两种教育范式的较量决定新时代中国特色社会主义事业的兴衰与成败。为了能够自觉坚持中华教育范式,我们必须弄清它与西方教育范式的本质区别,找到中华教育范式的优势之所在。两种教育范式的根本区别在于核心价值的不同,在两种教育范式的竞争中,它们各有其优势与劣势。为了适应中国式现代化事业的需要,教育范式应当有一个转换,由应试教育范式转换为育人教育范式,传承发展中华优秀传统文化,以传道为核心价值,构建新的教育范式。Social life is an organic whole,and there exists an intrinsic connection between the educational paradigm and the civilization paradigm--they must align with each other.Chinese-style modernization represents a civilization paradigm that is rooted in the socialist core value system,and its corresponding educational paradigm must cultivate a new generation that consciously upholds these values.Western educational paradigm distorts the human nature,and it is incompatible with the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,so it is necessary to replace it with a new educational paradigm.The Chinese nation’s pursuit of an ideal educational paradigm has a long history,and its root lies in our cultural tradition following the Dao(way).The educational paradigm that is brought forth from this tradition is termed the“Chinese educational paradigm”.The contest between these two paradigms will determine the success and failure of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.To consciously adhere to the Chinese educational paradigm,we must clarify its fundamental differences from western educational paradigm and identify its own strengths.The fundamental distinction lies in their different system of core values,each having its own advantages and disadvantages in competition.To meet the need of Chinese-style modernization,the educational paradigm must shift from exam-oriented education to a holistic cultivation model,inherit and develop China’s fine traditional culture,and center on the transmission of the Dao,so as to construct a new educational paradigm.
