摘　　要：职业教育高质量对外开放是新时期我国对外开放的转型升级,是以公共利益为起点的国家逻辑、以资本增值为现实追求的市场逻辑、以职业教育发展为基础的专业逻辑耦合的必然结果。三重逻辑各自具有独特的逻辑动因与作用机制,并形塑职业教育对外开放的样态。其中,国际竞争力、资本驱动力和技术创新力分别是职业教育对外开放的国家逻辑、市场逻辑和专业逻辑的逻辑动力,三种逻辑动力在现实性上表现为冲突张力。对技术创新的根源性追求使得职业教育对外开放三重逻辑耦合成为可能。为实现职业教育对外开放高质量发展,应在技术创新指引下,耦合国家、市场和专业三重逻辑,以专业逻辑为根本挖掘职业教育高质量对外开放的原动力,以国家逻辑为主线增强国际竞争力,以市场逻辑为参照增强职业教育与国际经济社会发展的适应性,再造三重逻辑协调耦合的职业教育对外开放场域。High-quality opening-up of vocational education is important for the transformation and upgrading of China's openness in the New Era.It is an inevitable result of the coupling of national logic,which starts from public interest,market logic,which pursues capital appreciation,and professional logic,which is based on vocational education development.Each of the three logics has its own unique driving force and operating mechanism,shaping the pattern of vocational education's openness.Among them,international competitiveness,capital drive,and technological innovation are the driving forces of national logic,market logic,and professional logic,respectively.The three driving forces manifest as conflicting tensions in reality,and the fundamental pursuit of technological innovation makes the coupling of these three logics in vocational education opening-up possible.To achieve high-quality development in vocational education opening-up,it is essential to couple the three logics under the guidance of technological innovation.The focus should be on exploring the original driving force of vocational education's high-quality opening-up from the professional logic,enhancing international competitiveness from the national logic,and improving the adaptability of vocational education to the international economic and social development from the market logic,thus reconstructing the field of vocational education opening-up with coordinated coupling of the three logics.
