摘 要:国家推动体量巨大的教师队伍建设,教师教育的责任是既要“保”规模,又要“提”质量,这种完美目标设定在算法“红利”时代可能被技术支持。研究发现,算法追求“效率”与“精准”,赋能学习技术、资源整合、教师减负、教育管理等师范人才培养基础环节。但算法真能“算”出师范人才吗?对“人师”内涵的思考引发教育内部基于培养价值篡改的技术主义隐忧和基于培养工具漏洞的技术信赖隐忧。为规避传统哲学范式与技术主义范式之争,研究从逻辑经验主义角度出发,构建“技术—育人”融合框架,分析算法嵌入师范人才培养的学、教、育三大领域的程度及形式,旨在为技术与育人的融合探寻实践路径。The country is driving the construction of a large-scale teaching staff,and the responsibility of teacher education lies in both preserving scale and enhancing quality.This ideal target is supported by technological advancements in the era of algorithmic dividends.Research has found that algorithms,driven by their pursuit of efficiency and precision,empower fundamental aspects of teacher training such as learning technologies,resource integration,teacher workload reduction,and educational management.However,can algorithms truly“calculate”teacher talents?Reflection on the essence of teachers raises concerns within education about technology-driven alterations to educational values and the over-reliance on technology amidst potential flaws in training tools.To avoid the conflict between traditional speculative paradigms and those of philosophy of technology,this study adopts a logical empiricism perspective to construct a technology-education integration framework.It analyzes the extent and forms of algorithm integration across the three key domains of learning,teaching,and education in talent cultivation of teachers,aiming to explore practical pathways for the harmonious fusion of technology and education.
