摘　　要：开放教育校企合作的人才培养模式,对我国现代化人才的培养起着至关重要的作用。目前,这种人才培养模式还存在一些问题,基于此对该模式的改革和实践进行了研究。在学术思想上,反映时代特点,深入挖掘了开放教育产教融合的价值和策略,深化“引企入教”改革,助推开放教育校企合作的高质量发展。在学术路径和方法上,研究以“双主体、四融入、四共同”为人才培养目标,选取四川开放大学和川煤集团校企合作的已开实体项目为例,采用目标导向法展开研究,助推开放教育校企合作人才培养模式的培育和创新。The personnel training mode of school-enterprise cooperation in open education plays a vital role in the training of modern talents in our country.However,there are still some problems in present cultivation mode,and based on this,this paper studies the reform and practice of this mode.In terms of academic thought,it reflects the characteristics of The Times,deeply explores the value and strategy of the integration of industry and education in open education,deepens the reform of“introducing enterprises into education”,and promotes the high-quality development of school-enterprise cooperation in open education.In terms of academic paths and methods,this study takes“double subject,four integration,four common”as the goal of talent training,takes the school-enterprise cooperation entity project of Sichuan Open University and Sichuan Coal Group as an example,adopts the goal-oriented method to carry out research,and promotes the cultivation and innovation of school-enterprise cooperation talent training mode of open education.
