摘  要:《国家职业教育改革实施方案》提出:要促进产教融合校企“双元”育人,狠抓教师、教材、教法改革,打一场职业教育提质升级攻坚战。当前,我国以大数据、云计算、人工智能为核心的新一轮产业革命蓬勃发展,新旧动能加速转换,产业优化升级面临新机遇。企业在选人用人上更加注重人才、技能的职业相关性和针对性,更加青睐具有较强信息技术学习应用能力、具有跨界融合能力的“一专多能”型人才,商科类移动商务、新媒体营销等方向的人才需求凸显。商务专业须精准对接产业链需求,注重跨专业、综合性人才培养。The“Implementation Plan for National Vocational Education Reform”proposes to promote the integration of industry and education,and to strengthen the reform of teachers,textbooks,and teaching methods,in order to fight a tough battle for improving the quality and upgrading of vocational education.Currently,a new round of industrial revolution centered on big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence is flourishing in China,accelerating the transformation of old and new driving forces,and presenting new opportunities for industrial optimization and upgrading.Enterprises pay more attention to the professional relevance and pertinence of talents and skills in personnel selection and employment,and prefer“one specialty,multiple abilities”talents with strong information technology learning and application abilities and cross-border integration abilities.The demand for talents in business,mobile commerce,new media marketing and other fields is highlighted.Business majors need to accurately connect with the needs of the industry chain and focus on cultivating interdisciplinary and comprehensive talents.
