摘　　要：在科学技术飞速发展环境下,各高校应当重视培养财务管理工作人才,并对具体应用能力、管理内容等进行深入研究与分析。基于现阶段经济社会发展变化情况,各个单位需要根据培养目标、发展情况等对高校财务管理工作提出更详细且具体的标准及要求。并且,还要结合实际情况对改革发展环境对高校财务管理提出的挑战与影响进行研究分析。在对高校财务工作进行管理时,要从培养高校工作人员理论知识、财务能力等方面出发,并合理增加实务研究机会和平台,提出具体改革培养方案和建议,更好地将改革创新发展落到实处。In the environment of rapid development of science and technology,colleges and universities should pay attention to the training of financial management personnel,and carry out in-depth research and analysis on the specific application ability and management content.Based on the current economic and social development and changes,each unit needs to put forward more detailed and specific annotations and requirements for the financial management of colleges and universities according to the training objectives and development conditions.Moreover,it is necessary to study and analyze the challenges and influences of the reform and development environment on the financial management of colleges and universities in combination with the actual situation.In the management of financial work in colleges and universities,it is necessary to start from the aspects of training the theoretical knowledge,financial ability and level of college staff,and reasonably increase practical research opportunities and platforms,propose specific reform and training programs and suggestions,and better implement the reform and innovation development.
