摘　　要：本文基于高阶理论,从“绿色环保”和“技术创新”两个视角考察高管学术经历对企业绿色技术创新的影响及其传导机制。结果发现:高管学术经历对企业绿色技术创新具有显著的促进作用;高管学术经历主要通过提升高管绿色认知水平、增强高管创新意识、缓解企业融资约束等传导路径影响企业绿色技术创新。进一步研究发现,在货币政策紧缩时期,高管学术经历对企业绿色技术创新的促进作用更为明显;当学术型高管具有技术类专业背景时,对企业绿色技术创新的影响会显著更强。Based on the upper echelon theory,this paper investigates the impact of executives’academic experience on corporate green technology innovation and its transmission mechanisms from the dual perspectives of“green environmental protection”and“technology innovation”.The results indicate that executives’academic experience significantly promotes corporate green technology innovation.This effect is primarily realized through three transmission paths:enhancing executives’green awareness,strengthening their innovation consciousness,and alleviating corporate financing constraints.Further research reveals that the promoting effect of executives’academic experience on green technology innovation becomes more pronounced during periods of monetary policy tightening.Additionally,the effect is significantly stronger when academically experienced executives possess technical professional backgrounds.
