摘　　要：本研究通过系统性文献综述法,对2014~2024年间44篇研究文献进行梳理,探讨我国高职专业结构与产业结构的适应性关系。研究发现,区域产业人才供需的结构性矛盾突出,高职专业调整滞后于产业升级需求,且适应性呈现显著区域异质性:该领域研究多集中于华东与华南地区,而中西部地区关注不足;方法论上以定量分析为主导,涵盖结构映射、偏离度计算、系统协同度模型等工具;研究主题聚焦高职专业结构和产业结构的“现状特征—适应性诊断—适应性提升路径”逻辑链条。未来需突破地域局限,融合社会学,采用前瞻性视角,创新预测模型与国际比较范式,以促进高职教育与产业升级的深度协同。This study employs a systematic literature review methodology to analyze 44 research articles published between 2014 and 2024,exploring the adaptive relationship between China's higher vocational education specialty structure and industrial structure.Key findings reveal prominent structural contradictions in regional talent supply-demand dynamics,with vocational specialty adjustments lagging behind industrial upgrading needs.Significant regional heterogeneity in adaptability is observed:existing research predominantly focuses on East and South China,while Central and Western regions remain understudied.Methodologically,quantitative approaches dominate,utilizing tools such as structural mapping,deviation degree calculations,and system coordination degree models.Research themes follow a logical progression of"current characteristics-adaptability diagnosis-enhancement pathways"for vocational specialty structure and industrial structure alignment.Future studies should transcend geographical limitations,integrate sociological perspectives,adopt forward-looking approaches,and innovate predictive models and international comparative paradigms to deepen the synergy between vocational education and industrial upgrading.
