摘 要:根据五年为一周期的时间规划,新一轮“双高计划”高职学校遴选正在紧锣密鼓的筹备中。为推动我国职业教育高质量发展,提高非“双高计划”财经类高职院校办学能力,通过引入保证域(AR)模型,对非“双高计划”财经类高职院校A与入选“双高计划”的18所财经类院校的办学能力进行对比。相比于“双高”院校,A职业院校面临资源投入不足和管理固化的问题,为提高办学能力,A职业院校应优化资源配置,建立长期动态评价机制,以监测和优化学校发展方向。In accordance with the five-year time planning,the selection of a new round of“Double-high Plan”vocational schools is under intensive preparation.In order to promote the high-quality development of vocational education and enhance the school-running efficiency of vocational colleges specializing in finance and economics,this study introduces the Assurance Region model to compare the school-running efficiency between a general vocational college“A”and those selected for the“Double-high Plan”.Compared to the“Double-high plan”colleges,college A faces problems such as insufficient resource investment and rigid management.The paper puts forward that college A should optimize the allocation of resources and establish a long-term dynamic evaluation mechanism to monitor and optimize the school's development direction to improve the school-running efficiency.
