数字金融视域下高职金融人才数据素养培育困境与对策分析

摘　　要：数字金融快速发展背景下,数据素养培育是提升高职金融人才岗位适应性的现实需要。数据素养培育方案设计缺乏系统思考,数据素养培育课程资源缺乏有效整合,数据素养培育队伍协同不够以及培育成效缺乏有效评价,依然是高职金融人才数据素养培育所面临的现实困境。系统设计数据素养培育方案、整合培育课程资源、组建“虚拟教研”团队与实施“双度交互”评价应是高职金融人才数据素养培育的路径选择。With the rapid development of digital finance,cultivating data literacy has been a practical need to improve vocational financial talents’job adaptability.There are many realistic dilemmas,such as the lack of systematic thinking in the design of the“data literacy”cultivation plan,of effective integration of"data literacy"cultivation course resources,of effective evaluation of the cultivation effectiveness and the insufficient collaboration among the teaching team.Designing data literacy programs,integrating course resources,forming virtual teaching teams,and implementing dual-interaction evaluations are key pathways for cultivating data literacy in higher vocational finance talents.
