摘  要:在数字乡村建设背景下,职业教育和培训是培养数字新农人的重要途径。数字乡村建设、新农人数字素养、职业教育和培训三者之间存在着密切的逻辑关系。针对职业教育和培训在数字新农人培养过程中存在的顶层设计缺失、资源分配不均、培训内容缺乏针对性、培训方式单一等问题,提出加大政府对数字新农人职业教育和培训的支持力度,统整职业教育和培训资源,构建差异化“数字+”课程体系,打造数字新农人教学与实践场景等措施,以期为数字新农人培育提供参考。Under the background of digital rural construction,vocational education and training is an important way for cultivating digital new farmers,There is a close logical relationship among the construction of digital vllage,digital literacy of new farmers,and vocational education and training.In response to the issues existing in the process of cultivating digital new farmers through vocational education and training,such as the lack of top-level design,uneven distribution of resources,the lack of targeted training content and the single training methods,it is proposed to attach importance to top-level design and increase government support for vocational education and training of digital new farmers;integrate vocational education and training resources to clear the blockages in the training of digital new farmers;build a differentiated"digital+"curriculum system,emphasizing targeted cultivation of digital new farmers;enrich digital teaching models,and focus on creating teaching and practical scenarios for digital new farmers.These measures are intended to provide a reference for the culti-vation of digital new farmers through vocational education and training.
