摘　　要：绿色低碳高质量发展先行区建设是党和国家赋予山东的重大历史使命,对山东省高职教育产生了深远影响。山东省高职院校人才培养与绿色低碳高质量发展先行区建设存在内在逻辑关系,并使山东省高职院校人才培养呈现“向新”“向绿”和“向未来”的基本特征。现阶段,山东省高职院校助力绿色低碳高质量发展先行区建设面临政策机制不健全、资源投入不均衡等现实困境,制约着山东省高职院校高质量助力先行区建设目标的达成。要推进山东省高职院校高质量助力先行区建设,政府应充分发挥引领功能,构建区域特色保障机制;拓展资源投入渠道,增强学校助力先行区建设的“后劲”;加强学校内部建设,科学匹配教育载体。The construction of the pioneer zone for green,low-carbon and high-quality development is a significant historical mission en-trusted to Shandong Province by the Party and the state,which has had a profound impact on higher vocational education in Shandong Province.There is an intrinsic logical relationship between talent cultivation in Shandong higher vocational colleges and the construction of the pioneer zone for green,low-carbon and high-quality development,which has led to the basic characteristics of"toward new","toward green"and"toward the future"in the talent cultivation of higher vocational colleges in Shandong.At present,Shandong higher vocational colleges are facing practical difficulties in supporting the construction of the pioneer zone for green,low-carbon and high-quality develop-ment,such as incomplete policy mechanisms,uneven resource investment and low matching of school education carriers,which restrict the achievement of the goal of Shandong higher vocational colleges high-quality supporting construction of the pioneer zone.To promote the construction of high-quality assistance pioneer zone for vocational colleges in Shandong Province,the government should fully play its leading role and establish a regional characteristic guarantee mechanism;expand channels for resource investment and enhance the"mo-mentum"of colleges in supporting the construction of pioneer zone;strengthen the internal construction of colleges and scientifically match educational carriers.
