摘  要:随着数字经济的蓬勃发展,劳动教育的数智化转型已成为必然趋势,这既是人自由全面发展的内在需求,也是活劳动形式变化的题中之义,更是实现经济高质量发展的战略选择和建设现代化教育强国的必由之路。然而,劳动教育在转型实践中仍面临着观念错位、内容窄化、环境失真等现实困境。为推动数字经济时代劳动教育的高质量发展,需构建数智时代新型劳动观、重塑多元系统的劳动教育课程体系、打造虚实融合的立体化育人空间,以培育数智时代全面发展的新质技术技能人才,为数字经济的发展赋能增效。With the vigorous development of the digital economy,the digital and intelligent transformation of labor education has become an inevitable trend,which is not only the intrinsic demand for the free and comprehensive development of human beings,but also the meaning of the changes in the form of living labor,and is also the strategic choice for the realization of high-quality development of the economy and the way to build a modern education power.However,labor education is still facing the real dilemmas of misplaced concepts,narrowed content and distorted environment in the practice of transformation.In order to promote the high-quality development of labor education in the era of digital economy,it is necessary to build a new concept of labor in the digital and intelligent era,reshape a diverse and systematic curriculum system for labor education,and create an integrated virtual and real three-dimensional educational space,so as to cultivate new quality technical and skilled talents with comprehensive development in the digital and intelligent era,thereby empowering and enhancing the development of digital economy.
