共生理论视域下高校教师科教融合的现实困境与推进路径

摘  要:科教融合是一个涉及多维度、多层次的复杂议题,高校教师科教融合作为实现教学与科研相统一原则的重要路径,对高校教师职业成长、拔尖创新人才培养以及教育科技人才一体化发展具有积极影响。基于共生理论及其分析框架,本研究从共生单元、共生模式、共生界面、共生环境四个维度系统考察了高校教师科教融合发展实践,旨在厘清高校教师科教融合发展的内在机理。研究发现:高校教师科教融合面临共生单元上的内在结构矛盾凸显、共生模式上的共生关系进化受阻、共生界面上的调节机制功能缺位以及共生环境上的协同支持系统薄弱等现实困境。为有效促进我国高校教师真正迈向科教融合发展,应从以下方面探索建设:立足教学学术理念,识读科教融合的共生本质;关注教师专业发展,激活互惠共生的行为模式;优化资源配置方式,重塑共生导向的评价机制;健全政策指导体系,重塑融合共生的文化生态。The integration of research and teaching is a complex issue involving multiple dimensions and levels.As an important path to achieve the unity of teaching and research,this integration has a positive impact on the professional growth of university teachers,the cultivation of top-notch innova-tive talents,and the integration of education,technology and talents.Based on the symbiosis theory and its analytical framework,this study systematically examines the practice of the integration of re-search and teaching for university teachers from four dimensions:symbiotic units,symbiotic modes,symbiotic interfaces,and symbiotic environments,aiming to clarify the internal mechanism of the inte-gration of research and teaching for university teachers.The study identifies several challenges:struc-tural conflicts within symbiotic units,stagnation in the evolution of symbiotic relationships,ineffective regulatory mechanisms in symbiotic interfaces,and weak collaborative support systems in symbiotic environments.To effectively promote the development of the integration of research and teaching for university teachers in China,exploration and construction should be carried out in the following as-pects:identifying the symbiotic nature of the integration of research and teaching based on the concept of scholarship of teaching;focusing on teachers’professional development and activating reciprocal symbiotic behavior patterns;optimizing the allocation of resources and reshaping the symbiotic-orient-ed evaluation mechanism;and strengthening the policy guidance system to cultivate a symbiotic cultur-al ecosystem.
