高校传统戏曲与外语戏剧社团发展研究——以聊城大学慕曲京剧社与外语俱乐部为例

摘　　要：本文以聊城大学外语俱乐部和慕曲京剧社为研究对象,深入探讨高校戏剧社团建设的实践经验与发展策略。通过问卷调查与相关数据分析,揭示两个俱乐部在校园内的受众范围及当前人员构成。通过两社团建设的现状,剖析二者在人才培养机制、文化传承作用等方面的成效与问题。最后提出针对性现存问题提出改进建议与可持续发展策略,为高校戏剧社团的发展提供参考.This paper takes the Foreign Language Club of Liaocheng University and the Beijing Opera Club of Muqu as the research objects,and probes into the practical experience and development strategy of the construction of college drama clubs.Through questionnaire survey and relevant data analysis,this paper reveals the audience range and current personnel composition of the two clubs on campus.Through the current situation of the construction of the two associations,the effects and problems of the two in the aspects of talent training mechanism and cultural inheritance are analyzed.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions and sustainable development strategies for the existing problems,and provides reference for the development of college drama societies.
