职业教育国家级市域产教联合体建设现状与优化路径研究

摘　　要：市域产教联合体作为现代职业教育体系的重要支点之一,不仅是职业教育服务区域经济发展的重要途径,更是提升职业教育人才培养质量的重要载体。对34个国家级市域产教联合体的基本特征和阶段性实践成效的分析发现,政府统筹协同与政策支持力度有待进一步加强,企业参与积极性与教育适应性有待进一步提高,资金短缺与平台建设滞后问题有待进一步破解。针对这些问题,建议从完善政府统筹机制、构建产教融合的多元合作机制、强化资金投入保障和搭建公共服务平台等方面入手,强化政策供给赋能,提升企业参与的积极性与职教的适应性,增强市域产教联合体服务产教的张力。As one of the important fulcrums of the modern vocational education system,the municipal industry-education consortium is not only an important way for vocational education to serve regional economic development,but also an important carrier to improve the quality of talents cultivition in vocational education.Based on the analysis of the basic characteristics and phased practical results of 34 national-level municipal industry-education consortium,it is found that the government’s overall coordination and policy support need to be further strengthened,the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate and the adaptability of education need to be further improved,and the shortage of funds and the lag of platform construction need to be further solved.In view of these problems,it is suggested to start from the aspects of improving the government’s overall coordination mechanism,building a multi-cooperation mechanism for the integration between industry and education,strengthening the guarantee of capital investment and building a public service platform,strengthening the empowerment of policy supply,enhancing the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate and the adaptability of vocational education,and enhancing the tension of municipal industry-education consortium in serving industry and education.
