摘  要:邯钢新区围绕降本增效和合同兑现,不断开展技术攻关,持续提升中板成材率。分析了影响邯钢能嘉中板厂中板成材率的相关技术因素,通过采取合理计划安排、优化原料设计、提高负差轧制精度等措施,持续提高中板产品成材率,为企业合同兑现和降本增效提供了保证。Handan Iron and Steel New Area continuously carries out technological research and development around cost reduction and efficiency improvement,as well as contract fulfillment,to continuously improve the yield of medium plate products.It analyzed the relevant technical factors affecting the yield of medium plate products in Hansteel Nengjia Medium Plate Plant,and continuously improved the yield of medium plate products through measures such as reasonable planning,optimization of raw material design,and improvement of negative difference rolling accuracy,providing guarantees for contract fulfillment and cost reduction and efficiency improvement of the enterprise.
